Law firm Kovačević Prpić Simeunović held a lecture in collaboration with company P&R Consulting on the topic „Application of the Law on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices in the Food Supply Chain“ which was attended by members of the Association of small traders (SUMT) and the Croatian employers association (HUP). The lecture discussed issues from practice that were aimed at harmonizing the business activities of entrepreneurs who in terms of this Law can be considered traders with significant bargaining power.
The lecture was given by Martina Prpić and Ivan Božo Zec from KPS, while Petra Popek Biškupec and Ivan Ružić moderated the lecture on the behalf of P&R Consulting.
