The final of the competition of Moot Court Croatia was held on the 16th and 17th May 2020. Moot Court Croatia is the only student competition in form of a simulated court trial in Croatia that is undertaken in Croatian language and based on Croatian legislation. The project is held for the eighth consecutive year, organized by the association eSTUDENT and modelled on moot court competitions, which are extremely popular among law students worldwide. This year was different since the competitors and judges held a trial simulation on the Zoom platform instead at the Rijeka County Court. Kovačević Prpić Simeunović LLC again participated as partner of the competition and KPS’s Martina Prpić and Filip Dmitrašinović participated as well as judges in the semi-final and final hearing. The winning team is from the University of Split. The members of the winning team are Loren Korlaet, Tomislav Milutinović, Antea Radić and Mario Jukić, who was also awarded best speaker of this year’s competition. Congratulations to all competitors, especially this year’s winners, and a lot of success in further studies and future legal careers!
