Organized by Libusoft Cicom and the Association of Cities, the 10th ADVISING OF THE HEADS OF JLP (R) S – SOLUTIONS FOR A MORE EFFICIENT SELF-GOVERNMENT was held on 26 September 2019 at the Hotel Panorama Zagreb. As part of the Advising held to educate and reach solutions for a more efficient self-government, KPS, in collaboration with Dr. Sc. Mihaela Grubišić Šeba, delivered a lecture on the New regulation on the evaluation of investment projects, whose users will be the units of local and regional self-government and users of their budget.
