The Second International Scientific and Professional Conference on Transport Law and Insurance Law – INTRANSLAW Zagreb 2017 took place in Zagreb on 12 and 13 October 2017. The theme of the conference was “Transport law towards the future“, focusing on new technologies and digitization in transport, electronic transport documents, cyber risks in transport and maritime and transport insurance, clean and green transport and alternative fuels and liberalization of transport services.
Together with doc. dr. sc. Iva Savić from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb, KPS attorney Danijela Simeunović held a presentation on “Securing Financing and Lease of Aircraft in Croatia in the light of Cape Town Convention”, while Martina Prpić and Tomislav Sadrić held a presentation titled „Openness of Croatian regulatory framework to innovations in passenger road transport“.
The conference was attended by 190 participants from 15 countries, with 13 invited lecturers and 43 additional speakers. Collected papers from the conference were published, containing 25 scientific and professional articles, among which are written papers by Danijela Simeunović and doc. dr. sc. Iva Savić as well as by attorney Martina Prpić and Tomislav Sadrić.
