The conference was organized jointly by UNCITRAL and the Ljubljana Arbitration Centre (LAC) and focused on the needs and expectations of the users of international arbitration and mediation, the dos and don\u2019ts of party representation, enforceability of settlement agreements and control and optimization of costs.
