Legal and Tax Challenges for startups – practical experiences

Kovačević Prpić Simeunović, in cooperation with Mazars in Croatia, held an interactive workshop on 2 October 2020 in ZICER titled „Legal and Tax Challenges for startups – practical experiences“. The well-attended workshop was intended for startups, ZICER users. The workshop was led by Danijela Simeunović and Dino Simonoski Bukovski from KPS and Vladimir Nol and Ana Luburić from Mazars. Particularly hot topics for entrepreneurs were the investor’s investment and financing of startups, corporate governance arrangements, tax optimisation and compensation packages for employees. The next workshop is scheduled for 16 October, by the same organisers and in the same place, with the theme of the workshop „Trade Agreements – Legal and Tax Challenges“.
